Dzani Ashi Management & Information Systems Week 2
Lecture:
In this weeks lecture for Management & Information Systems we focused on learning about the fundamentals of reflective writing and how it relates to our assignment. We learnt about the model that we should follow during our reflective writing, according to Gibbs model simply describing what happened during our assignment isn't sufficient enough to be considered reflective writing and it is necessary to also write about how we felt during the assignment, after that we then need to provide an evaluation of the overall experience followed by an analysis of our performance and the performance of our teammates and we then finish with a reflective conclusion on what we believe we could have done differently and then finish with an action plan describing exactly what we would do differently.
Seminar:
In the seminar we learned about what a business case is and what an analyst is as well as the steps involved in analyzing a business case and what those steps involve and how all of these things relate to our assignment task. We also reviewed some basic formulas for Excel.
Group Reflection:
In our groups this week we continued to make arrangements of when we would schedule our first interview with HR Consultants and we discussed the questions that we would be asking during the interview.
